The human control IgG has been validated in FACS analysis with multiple cancer cell lines, and IHC analysis with human tissues arrays (normal and tumor), and shows ultra-low background comparable to PBS.
We offer this human control IgG in all four subclasses: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. Upon request, we can supply the control antibody in amounts ranging from 1 mg up to 10 grams.
The human control IgG is suitable for biochemical, cell-based, and preclinical animal studies.
